Words are power and I believe in the good and bad of them- So I wrote this about my past.

When you think about it, we all use words. Some are sweet and some are not.

When you think about the person you fear, your words tend to be harder to say.

When you think about someone you envy, your words are mean and cold.

When you think about how you might have failed yourself, your words are lonely and dry, and full of tears.

When you think about words to the person you love, they should feel warm and unapologetically authentic, but what if they hurt?

what if in the heat of the moment of pure rage and anger you say the darkest thing you can find in your soul?

What if you hold on to those words?
What if you become a victim to those words?
What if you deny yourself closure from those words?
What if those words keep you up at night?
What if those words taunt the image you see in the mirror?
What if those words make you bitter?

What if instead those words made you love harder?
What if instead those words make you work better?
What if instead those words didn’t control a single thing about you?
What if instead you found those words like a piece of paper and you tore it up in as many ways as you could, and you stepped on it, and you lit on fire and you watch it burn and you saw it die out and you saw it turn into dust and you saw the wind blow it away and you saw it disappear…

What if you saw all of the pain in your body leave, like a balled up piece of paper that you could control its fate?

What if you said I am good enough, I am strong enough, I am beautiful enough…?

What if you didn’t see tomorrow, and you forgot to say those things to yourself?

What if the words are keeping you from your destiny?
What if the words are helping you block out your blessings?
What if the words you still hear in your own head an heart keep you from your full potential.

What if those words pushed away a love like you’ve never known.
What if those words caused someone else to question their life?
What if those words could’ve been avoided?
What if those words did not exist?
What if those words were fueled in Stardust, and sweet souls from our past?
What if those words were ….
